Failure of EBCM to receive an ignition enable input will prevent EBCM from becoming initialized. The ANTI-LOCK light will remain on continuously and no ABS operation will be available. This condition may be caused by a blown EBCM fuse, a short to ground on circuit No. 39 or an open in circuits No. 39 or 3.
