Inspection Procedure
- SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULT CHECK
Check the self-diagnosis results.
SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTSSelf-diagnosis results PNP POS SIG Is the above displayed in the self-diagnosis display items?
YES: GO TO 2.
NO: Inspection End.
- CONNECTOR INSPECTION
- Disconnect the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) and brake fluid level switch connectors.
- Check the terminals for deformation, disconnection, looseness or damage.
OK or NG
OK: GO TO 3.
NG: Repair or replace as necessary.
- CHECK TRANSMISSION RANGE SWITCH
Perform transmission range switch inspection. Refer to "COMPONENT INSPECTION ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Replace ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit). Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
NO: Repair or replace malfunctioning components.
