Trunk Lid Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2007 Nissan Sentra. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

When a TRUNK OPEN signal is sent with key OFF (ignition key removed from key cylinder) from keyfob, power is supplied

through BCM terminal 53
to trunk lid opener actuator terminal 1.

When power and ground are supplied, trunk lid opener actuator opens trunk lid.
