Removal and Installation of Compressor: Installation

Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
  • Replace the O-ring of the low-pressure flexible hose, high-pressure pipe and high-pressure flexible hose with a new one, then apply compressor oil to it when installing it.
  • When recharging refrigerant, check for leaks.
    1. Bolts mounting the idler pulley bracket 
      1. Tightening torque: 28 N.m (2.9 kg-m, 21 ft-lb)
