Hazard Warning Lights Do Not Flash When Pressing Lock Button On Transmitter
- Check if hazard warning lights flash when using hazard switch. If operation is okay, see HAZARD WARNING LIGHT FUNCTION INOPERATIVE under SYSTEM TESTS. If operation is not okay, check hazard warning light circuit. See appropriate wiring diagram in EXTERIOR LIGHTS article.
- Enter identification code of an additional or new transmitter. See TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING . If doors lock and unlock using replacement transmitter, replace original transmitter. If doors do not lock and unlock, recheck transmitter operation. Replace Smart Entrance Control Unit (SECU) if necessary.
