Intake Air Temperature Sensor

  1. Faults in air temperature sensor circuit may set DTC 41 (P0110). To test system, see DTC 41 (P0110) diagnostic procedures in the G - TESTS W/CODES - 2.0L article.
  2. To test sensor, disconnect sensor connector. Sensor is on air cleaner assembly. Measure resistance across sensor connector terminals. At 68°F (20°C), resistance should be 2100-2900 ohms. At 122°F (50°C), resistance should be 680-1000 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, replace sensor.
