>>B<< Synchronizer Ring Number 2/Synchronizer Hub Sleeve Number 2/Synchromesh Shifting Key Number 2 Spring/Synchronizer Clutch Hub Number 2/Synchromesh Shifting Key Number 2 Installation

  1. Synchronizer ring number 2 and synchronizer clutch hub number 2 are attached beforehand and it is made synchronizer assembly.
  2. Check that the synchronizer clutch hub number 2 is in the correct installation direction, and put it on the input shaft.

  3. Using special tools MD998812, MD998814 and MD998820, install the synchronizer clutch hub number 2 with the press.
  4. Make sure that the outer synchronizer ring on the 3rd gear sub-assembly side can rotate freely.
