SERVICE INFORMATION
TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPMS) INVESTIGATION: - 2006 & later Eclipse, Eclipse Spyder, 2004 & later Endeavor & Galant . Until the end of January, 2009, MMNA requests dealer assistance to investigate the cause of the following DTCs: C1900 (ID code not registered), C1910, C1920, C1930, C1940 (Transmitter battery voltage), C1911, C1921, C1931, C1941 (Tire pressure sensor ID reception failure). MMNA wants to know if any of the six-digit TPMS transmitter ID(s) are present on the diagnosis scan tool screen prior to the dealer beginning troubleshooting. MMNA would like to collect some TPMS receivers and TPMS transmitters prior to dealers doing troubleshooting. Dealers should contact Dan Uhls (309-888-8951) at MMNA before proceeding with repairs.
