Air Mix Servomotor: Inspection

  1. Driver side: REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR 
    1. Remove the No. 1 under cover.
    2. Remove the 2 air ducts.
    3. Disconnect the connector.
    4. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

  2. Passenger side: REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR 
    1. Remove the finish panel assembly (See INSTRUMENT PANEL ).
    2. Remove the blower unit (See REMOVAL ).
    3. LHD model:

      Remove the water valve control servomotor.

      1. Disconnect the connector.
      2. Disconnect the control cable.
      3. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

    4. Disconnect the connector.
    5. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

  3. INSPECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT (See  AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT  ). 
  4. INSTALL AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
