Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)

VSS transmits vehicle speed information to RWAL ECU. This low AC voltage signal is generated through magnetic induction when a toothed exciter ring inside differential passes the stationary magnetic coil of VSS. This voltage signal increases in both frequency and amplitude as vehicle speed increases.
