7 D-sub connectors are on the back for the following cables:

MIB-GT1 main cable
Temp sensor
Clip-on trigger
Stimulation cable 1
Stimulation cable 2
TD cable

The cables on the back must be permanently connected to the MIB and not removed during operation. The MIB recognizes the cables attached.
