Idle Speed Control (ISC) Solenoid

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect ISC solenoid harness connector. Measure resistance between ISC solenoid connector terminal (Light Blue wire) and ground. If resistance is not about 10 ohms, replace solenoid. If resistance is 10 ohms, IAC solenoid is okay.
