A3 - Check Wiper Control Module Output

^ Turn ignition On.

^ Depress washer switch.

^ Check for battery voltage at circuit 941 (BK/W) at washer pump.

^ Is battery voltage present?

YES -- Go to A7. A7 - Check Ground at Washer Pump

NO -- Go to A4. A4 - Check For Power to Wiper Control Module
