Navigation Commonality

Once a PC program is started, the user normally "navigates" through the software. The user's PC may be any one of a wide variety of PC hardware platforms with navigation devices such as a mouse, a touch-screen, a keyboard, a light-pen, or stylus. Furthermore, users normally desire that the software they purchase have as much of an "open architecture" as possible that allows technicians to easily navigate without additional training requirements.
