Blocking Timeout

All blocking calls except to the RP1210_ReadMessage ()  function were removed in RP1210C. Blocking Timeout  would still apply to that function. If an application requests a blocking timeout on a RP1210_Send-Message ()  or RP1210_GetHardwareStatus (),  the parameter is now ignored and NON_BLOCK_IO will be used by the API.
