Remove/Install Charge Air Cooler - Ar09.41-D-6817TS

	Remove/install
1.1	Remove front bumper.	Engine 642, 651 in model 907 except code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) except code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)	AR88.20-D-2000TS
1.2	Remove the condenser.	Engine 642, 651 in model 907 with code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) Engine 642, 651 in model 907 with code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)	AR83.30-D-6540TS
2	Remove the charge air hose upstream of the charge air cooler (1) from the charge air cooler (1).	Engine 642, 651 in model 907 except code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) except code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)	AR09.41-D-1311-01WE
3	Remove the charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler (1) from the charge air cooler (1).	Engine 642, 651 in model 907 except code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) except code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)	AR09.41-D-1311-01WE
4	Remove the charge air cooler (1).	To do this, remove screws (2).
		Engine 642Bolt, charge air cooler to radiator	*BA09.41-N-1001-03TSV
		Engine 651 Bolt, charge air cooler to radiator	*BA09.41-N-1010-01TSR
5	Refit the air duct segment (3).	If the charge air cooler (1) is replaced. The air duct segment (3) is attached to the charge air cooler (1) at several points.
6	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.	Visual inspection only.
