Remove/Install Oxygen Sensor Upstream Of Catalytic Converter - Ar07.04-D-0086TSR

Engine 651 in model 907

	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-D-1150TS
2	Remove electrical wiring harness (4) from electrical wiring harness (3)	Replace cable tie.
3	Disconnect electrical connection (2)
4	Remove oxygen sensor (1) Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths		AH00.00-P-0015-01CW
		Coat thread on lambda sensor (1) with heat-resistant lubricating paste.
		Lambda sensor downstream of exhaust gas turbocharger to catalytic converter	*BA07.04-N-1004-02TSR
		Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
		Box wrench bit	Fig 1
5	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Check for leaktightness with engine running	Visual inspection only.
