| 2 | Remove oil separator (4). | AR01.20-P-9750MSA | |
| 3 | Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter. | AR09.10-P-8130MSA | |
| 4 | Remove rear noise insulation. | ||
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (2). | ||
| 6 | Remove air filter housing | AR09.10-P-1150MSA | |
| 7 | Remove engine wiring harness (1) from the cable duct (3). | ||
| 8 | Remove potential distributor from the cylinder head cover. | *BA15.18-P-1003-01MRT | |
| 9 | Remove engine wiring harness (1) from cylinder head cover and rail. | *BA15.18-P-1002-01MRT | |
| 10 | Remove cable duct (5) from engine wiring harness (1). | ||
| 11 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors of the fuel injectors (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4, Y76/5, Y76/6). | ||
| 12 | Unclip engine wiring harness (1) and remove. | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

| 14 | Read out and delete fault memory. | ||
