RP1210_GETHARDWARESTATUS (): Notes

This function call is being superseded by the RP1210_GetHardwareStatusEx ()  function. All application developers should discontinue the use of this function. This function is called by the client application to determine the hardware interface status and whether the VDA device is physically connected or not and whether traffic has been seen on databus links in the past second.
