Do not use sharp-edged tools.

The fuel injectors (Y62) can get damaged otherwise and leaks and malfunctions can occur.

Shown: Removal of cylinder 1 injection nozzle (Y62/31) 

1. Place extractor (01) as shown.

   Press extractor (01) to the end stop in support guide (2).

2. Turn cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y62/31) with extractor (01) back and forth (arrows).

   In this way the cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y62/31) is released.

3. Remove cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y62/31) with extractor (01) upwards.

   Do not pull out cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y62/31) jerkily.

   The cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y62/31) will damaged otherwise.

   During disassembly of the fuel injectors (Y62), escaping oil is safe.

   The fuel injectors (Y62) can be reused.

4. Perform operation steps  1 to  3 for further fuel injectors (Y62) in an analog fashion.
