Disconnect connector coupling (4)
- Insert suitable screwdriver into cutout (1).
- Release lock clamp (2) from coupling socket (3).
To do this, pull lock clamp (2) upward with the screwdriver up to the release position (arrow A).
- Disconnect connector coupling (4) from fuel line (5).
To do this, pull coupling plug (6) from coupling socket (3).
Connect connector coupling (4)
- Prepare lock clamp (2) on coupling socket (3) for installation.
When reusing the old coupling socket (3).
To do this, press in the lock clamp (2) up to the connection position (arrow B).
The coupling socket (3) is located in the connection position (arrow B) in the ready for installation delivery condition.
- Connect connector coupling (4) with fuel line (5).
To do this, insert the coupling plug (6) into the coupling socket (3) until the connector coupling (4) clearly locks audibly. Then, check that it is connected correctly by pulling it back slightly.
If the coupling plug (6) can be pulled out of the coupling socket (3),

Insert coupling plug (6) into the coupling socket (3) again.
- Lock connector coupling (4).
To this, press in lock clamp (2) on coupling socket (3) up to the lock position (arrow C).
