• The RP 1210D software developer is interested in only the "RP 1210 Application" box.
• The RP 1210D VDA manufacturer is responsible for the API, the dynamic link library (DLL), which is ultimately responsible for changing the vehicle protocol into API command/responses, the VDA drivers, and the physical interface device (i.e., VDA).
