	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove rear axle propeller shaft (2) with flex disk (3).	Model 907 with code XM1 (Noise abatement measures) Installation: Only reinstall underfloor paneling after the oil level check.	AR41.10-D-0050TS
2	Remove front axle propeller shaft (4).		AR41.10-D-0070TSY
3	Release and disconnect electrical connector (5).
4	Release clamp (6) of electrical wiring harness on transfer case (1), guide electrical wiring harness to one side then fix in place.
5	Support transfer case (1) using major assembly support and mounting plate and secure with tensioning strap.

6	Remove all screws (8) around circumference of transfer case (1).	Screw/bolt, transfer case to automatic transmission	*BA28.10-N-1006-01TSR
7	Remove transfer case (1).	: Grease drive shaft gearing. Anticorrosion grease 40 g/DB supply specification 6834.00	*BR00.45-Z-1006-06A
8	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of injury to skin and eyes due to handling of transmission oil. Health risk caused by swallowing transmission oil	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.	AS00.40-Z-0001-01A
9	Check oil level in transfer case (1), correct, if necessary.
