	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Clean
2	Mix cleaning solution.	Observe safety and usage notes as well as environmental protection regulations from the cleaner manufacturer. Produce 5% cleaning solution. To do this, mix 10 l fresh water with 0.5 l cleaner.

4	Set hot water heater to maximum heating output.

6	Start engine and bring to operating temperature at average engine speed.	Maintain the operating temperature (approx. 80°C) for approximately 5 min while the engine is running.
7	Switch off engine and allow cleaning solution to cool to approx. 50°C.

10	Start engine and bring to operating temperature at average engine speed.	Maintain the operating temperature (approx. 80°C) for approximately 5 min while the engine is running.

12	Check engine cooling system for cleaning solution residues and soiling.	If soiling is present in engine cooling system, ↓ repeat cleaning process with new cleaning solution, then repeat flushing process with fresh water. If cleaning solution residues are present in engine cooling system, ↓ repeat flushing process with fresh water.
