Removal and Installation

CAUTION: Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position prior to working on the electronic engine controls.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the bolts and position the degas bottle aside.

  3. Disconnect the fuel injector control module (FICM) electrical connectors. Position the wiring harness aside.

  4. Disconnect the bulkhead connector and position aside.

  5. Remove the bolts and the fuel injector control module (FICM).

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
