Model 907 

1. Attach 2 cup suction tools to the outside of the windshield (3).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Cup suction tool/shackle (for removing and installing windows)

2. Apply adhesive material to inside of windshield (3).

   Glue in windshield (3) within 5 min.

   Otherwise, the adhesive effect will be impaired.

   Do not apply adhesive material too thickly.

   Otherwise, adhesive material may be squeezed out into the visible areas when the windshield (3) is being glued in.

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Electric and pneumatic cartridge gun

   Clearance (a) between edge of windshield and center of adhesive bead approx. 15 mm. Height (b) of adhesive bead approx. 14 mm.

3. Install windshield (3), align, press on, and secure against moving with suitable tape.

   A helper is required.

   Observe marked distances. Observe curing time of adhesive material.

   Curing time of 1-component adhesive at least 2 h.
