Adjustment is realized with the front door closed and fully raised front side window.

Adjustment in x direction and z direction

Fully open soft top.
Move rear side window (1) to upper end position.
Loosen bolts (2) until the rear side window (1) can be moved.
Adjust rear side window (1) from outside using a cup suction tool in x direction and z direction Model 205.4 Model 238.4
Adjustment in x-direction:

Align rear side window (1) according to dimension "J1" in relation to front door side window (4).

Adjustment in z direction:

The upper transition (3) between the front door side window (4) and rear side window (1) must be flush.
tighten the screws (2).
Completely lower side window (1) and then move to upper end position.
Open and then close driver door or passenger door.
Check adjustment in x direction and z direction again.
If there is a problem:

repeat adjustment procedure.

Adjustment in y direction
Open driver door or passenger door.
Loosen nuts (5).
Adjust inclination of rear side window (1) by turning bolts with socket wrench.
When adjusting the front bolt, make the same adjustment to the rear bolt.

Otherwise increased seal wear can occur.

One complete turn of the bolt results in approx. 1 mm adjustment range in the y direction.
Tighten nuts (5).
Close driver's door/passenger door.
Lower rear side window approx. 5 cm and check adjustment in y direction. Model 238.4 Model 205.4
If there is a problem:

Completely close rear side window and continue with operation step 9.
Completely lower side window and then move to upper end position.
Close soft top.
Re-check adjustment in the y direction with completely closed rear side window.
If there is a problem:

↓

repeat adjustment procedure.
