	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
2	Attach suitable adhesive strips (3) at left and right of operating unit for climate control (1)	The adhesive strips (3) are used as a protective base.
3	Unclip operating unit for climate control (1) (arrows) and remove far enough until the electrical connector (2) is accessible.	Carefully unclip operating unit for climate control (1). Otherwise, the cover on the instrument panel cover or on the operating unit for the climate control (1) may be damaged. : Make sure that the guides (4) of the instrument panel engage correctly in the grooves (5) of the operating unit for the climate control (1). 4	Disconnect electrical connector (2) and remove operating unit for climate control (1)
5	Install in the reverse order
	Check
6	Perform function test of operating unit for climate control (1)
