	Remove
1	Remove each front wheel.		AR40.10-D-1100TS
2	Remove nut of drive shaft.		AR33.30-D-0085-04TSX
3	Remove drive shaft at front axle differential.		AR33.30-D-0100-01TSX
4	Remove torsion bar linkage (8) from stabilizer bar.		AR32.35-D-3330TS
5	Remove linkage (5) of front axle level sensor.	Model 907 with code LG7 (LED High Performance headlamp)	AR82.10-D-0006TS
6	Remove ball head.		AR46.40-D-7242TS
7	Remove nut (7).
8	Release supporting joint from steering knuckle.	Puller	Fig 1
9	Prop up transverse control arm (2) using major assembly support.

10	Remove transverse control arm (2).	To do so, remove nuts (4). While doing so counterhold screws and then remove screws. Pry transverse control arm (2) out of front axle carrier (6).
11	Remove front axle drive shaft.		AR33.30-D-0100TSX
12	Remove transverse control arm (2).	To do so, route supporting joint out of steering knuckle.
	Install
13	Prop up transverse control arm (2) using major assembly support.

14	Mount transverse control arm (2).	To do so, guide the supporting joint into the steering knuckle and the transverse control arm (2) carefully into the front axle carrier (6).
15	Install front axle drive shaft.	Do not yet tighten bolts (3) of stop plate (1). Do not yet mount drive shaft onto front axle differential.	AR33.30-D-0100TSX
16	Install transverse control arm (2).	To do so, screw in bolts and fit nuts (4). Counterhold bolts while doing so. Tighten nuts (4) lightly by hand. Check for correct seating of elastomer bearing of front axle spring in transverse control arm (2).
17	Fit nut (7).	Nut, supporting joint to steering knuckle If necessary, ↓ counterhold the bolt of supporting joint.	*BA33.25-N-1003-01TS

19	Mount linkage (5) of front axle level sensor.	Model 907 with code LG7 (LED High Performance headlamp)	AR82.10-D-0006TS
20	Attach drive shaft at front axle differential.		AR33.30-D-0100-01TSX
		Bolt, input shaft to front axle gear	*BA33.30-N-1001-07TSR
		Loctite 262	*BR00.45-Z-1059-02A
21	Tighten bolts (3) of stop plate (1).	Bolt, stop plate to transverse control arm/bump stop	*BA33.20-N-1005-01TS
22	Mount torsion bar linkage (8) onto stabilizer bar.		AR32.35-D-3330TS
23	Fit nut of drive shaft.	Replace and secure nut.	AR33.30-D-0085-04TSX
		Collar nut, axle shaft to wheel hub	*BA33.30-N-1002-07TSR
24	Mount front wheel.		AR40.10-D-1100TS
25	Drive vehicle on 4-post vehicle lift or work pit.
26	Rock vehicle to settle suspension several times.
27	Tighten nuts (4).	Counterhold bolts while doing so.
		Nut, wishbones to front axle carrier	*BA33.20-N-1002-01TS
