Risk of burn injuries and scalding  when working on AdBlue (R) lines and the component parts attached to them. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue (R). Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing AdBlue (R) Pour AdBlue® only into suitable containers. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. 	Remove
1	Empty the AdBlue® tank (1).		AR49.20-D-2014-01TS

2	Remove the coolant expansion reservoir and place it away from the working area.	Engine 642 in model 907 Engine 651 in model 907 Do not extract coolant. Do not remove the lines or hoses.	AR20.30-D-4949TS
3	Release the hose (2) and remove it from the AdBlue® tank (1).	Seal the connection on the AdBlue® tank (1).

4	Release the hose (3) and remove it from the AdBlue® tank (1).	Seal the connection on the AdBlue® tank (1). Record plug	Fig 1
5	Remove front bumper.		AR88.20-D-2000TS
6	Remove the front section of the front-right fender liner.		AR88.10-D-1322TS
7	Remove the line (4) from the pump module.	Seal connections. Collect escaping AdBlue ®. Commercially available devices/tools  Collecting pan

8	Disconnect electrical connectors (5).
9	Remove the electrical wiring harnesses (6).
10	Unscrew bolts (7) and remove AdBlue® tank (1) downwards.	Helper required.
	Install
11	Position AdBlue® tank (1) in installation position and screw in bolts (7).	Helper required.

12	Attach the electrical wiring harnesses (6).
13	Contact the electrical connectors (5).
14	Attach the line (4) to the pump module.
15	Lower vehicle.	Do not lower vehicle fully.
16	Attach the hoses (2, 3) to the AdBlue® tank (1).
17	Install the coolant expansion reservoir.	Engine 642 in model 907 Engine 651 in model 907	AR20.30-D-4949TS
18	Pour in AdBlue®.		AR49.20-D-2014-02TS
	NOx reducing agent AUS 32 ("ADBlue (R)") for SCR systems		BB00.40-P-0352-00A
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
19	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.	Visual inspection only.
20	Install the front section of the front-right fender liner.		AR88.10-D-1322TS
21	Install front bumper.		AR88.20-D-2000TS
