Remove/Install Charge Air Distributor - Ar09.41-D-8683TSR

Engine 651 in model 907

	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove charge air line.		AR09.41-D-8950TSR
2	Remove high-pressure line to rail.		AR07.16-D-1004TSR
3	Drain off coolant.		AR20.00-D-1142TSR
4	Remove connection fitting for coolant hoses.		AR20.20-D-7470TSR
5	Remove hose (3).	: When installing the clamp (2), observe marking on the hose (3). Check clamp (2) and hose (3) for damage. Commercially available devices/tools Hose clamp pliers with extension Depending on the findings, Replace damaged clamp (2) or damaged hose (3).
6	Disconnect electrical connector (5).
7	Unhook hose from bracket (4).
8	Remove charge-air distributor (1).	To do this, unscrew screws (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14). Screws (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 14) remain on the charge-air distributor (1). : Install new seal on the side o the cylinder head. Tighten screws (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) in the numerical sequence.

9	Modify bracket (4) on charge-air distributor (1)	When replacing charge-air distributor (1).
10	Modify intake port shutoff actuator motor (15).	When replacing charge-air distributor (1).	AR09.20-D-1313TSF
	Clean
11	Clean sealing surfaces on the cylinder head and charge-air distributor (1).
12	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
13	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.	Visual inspection only.
