The File Format And Parsing Of The RP 1210 INI Files: Notes
The following is how the RP 1210 INI structure works:
Note that there is a "primary" or "master" INI file called RP121032.INI. The section [RP1210_Support] and the INI variable "APIImplementations" points to all installed RP 1210 API's on the PC. Note that the DLL name is the same as the INI file name (except the extension).
The format of the RP121032.INI file is as follows:
Each string, identifies the name of the INI-DLL tuple associated with the vendor's API
An example of the RP121032.INI file would, then, look like:

In the Windows 3.1 environment, the file RP1210.INI existed with the same format as the RP121032. INI file. To be RP 1210-compliant, VDA vendors shall not install this legacy file and OEM applications shall not use this file.
