| 1 | Remove charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler. | AR09.41-D-8625TSC | |
| 2 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (1, 2, 3). | ||
| 3 | Release bracket of purge line (6), release and disconnect purge line (6) at throttle valve actuator (M16/50). | ||
| 4 | Seal exposed connections using suitable plugs. | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Unscrew screws (4) and remove throttle valve actuator (M16/50) with charge air line (5). | ||

| 7 | Perform initialization of throttle valve actuator (M16/50) with vehicle diagnosis system and delete existing faults. | When replacing throttle valve actuator (M16/50). | |
