| 2 | Disconnect outer electrical connection on oil level check switch (S43) | ||
| 3 | Remove oil pan bottom section | AR01.45-P-7500LFA | |
| 4 | Unclip electrical line for switch oil level check (S43) at retaining clip (5) | ||
| 5 | Remove screw/bolts for female contact (6) and introduce female contact (6) into oil pan (4) | ||

| 6 | Remove screw/bolts (3) and remove oil level check switch (S43) from bracket | *BA18.40-P-1001-02C | |
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 8 | Check engine oil level and correct if necessary | ||

| 9 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary | ||
