	Remove/install
1	Perform enable for the high voltage on-board electrical system	Engine 276.8 in model 222.163	AR54.10-P-1150LF
2	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position
3	Remove left or right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150LFA
4	Remove left or right soundproofing over the rail
5	Detach left or right oil lines feed lines (1L or 1R) from ATL and crankcase	Use suitable stop plugs to seal the openings. :  Install new sealing rings.
		Bolt, oil feed line to cylinder head	*BA09.40-P-1005-01W
		Bolt, oil feed line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1004-01W

6	Remove left or right oil lines feed lines (1L or 1R)
7	Detach charge air cooler (3) at both charge air pipes and on throttle valve actuator and place with attached coolant lines to one side and secure against falling down		AR09.41-P-6819LFA
8	Detention poly-V belt and detach at the alternator (G2) or A/C compressor (A9)	Engine 276.8 in model 217, 222 (except 222.163)	AR13.20-P-0001LFA
9	Detach alternator (G2) and place to one side with the lines connected	Engine 276.8 in model 217, 222 (except 222.163)	AR15.40-P-5032LFA
10	Secure alternator (G2) so that it does not fall down.	Engine 276.8 in model 217, 222 (except 222.163)
11.1	Remove electrical refrigerant compressor	Engine 276.8 in model 222.163

11.2	Detach A/C compressor (A9), place with attached lines to one side and secure against falling down	Engine 276.8 in model 217, 222 (except 222.163)
		Screw/bolt, refrigerant compressor to timing case/crankcase/engine support	*BA83.55-P-1001-01M
12	Detach left or right return line oil lines (2L2R) from ATL and cylinder crankcase	Use suitable stop plugs to seal the openings. :  Install new sealing rings.
		Bolt, oil return line to crankcase	*BA09.40-P-1007-01W
		Bolt, oil return flow line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1006-01W

13	Remove left or right return line oil lines (2L or 2R)
14	Install in the reverse order
15	Check engine oil level and correct if necessary

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. 16	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
