Remove/Install Camshaft Hall Sensor - AR15.10-P-2000LFA

Engine 276.8 in model 217, 222

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove upper engine cover    
2 Remove engine air intake ducts upstream of air filter    
3 Remove right air filter housing When removing the RH Hall sensor on the exhaust camshaft (B6/7). AR09.10-P-1150LFA
4 Detach connector from the respective camshaft Hall sensor (B6/4, B6/5, B6/6, B6/7)    
5 Remove screw/bolt and pull respective camshaft Hall sensor (B6/4, B6/5, B6/6, B6/7) out of the cylinder head cover INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace sealing ring.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, camshaft Hall sensor to cylinder head cover *BA15.10-P-1006-03E 
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8 Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
