Remove/Install Fuel Pressure Sensor - AR07.04-P-0030SXI

ENGINE 642.8 in MODEL 164, 166, 212 as of 9/1/09, 218, 221, 251, 292 

	Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel.	No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover	Engine 642.8 in model 164, 166, 212 as of 9/1/09, 218, 221, 251, 292
		Model 251 with engine 642.8	AR01.10-P-2405RTB
		Model 221 with engine 642.8	AR01.10-P-2405SXI
		Model 164 with engine 642.8 Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.	AR01.10-P-2405GZB
2	Unlock and unplug Electrical connection (3) on fuel pressure sensor (B47)	Ensure that the electrical connection (3) is correctly engaged on the fuel pressure sensor (B4/7).
3	Remove fuel pressure sensor (B4/7)	When unfastening and tightening the threaded connection counterhold using a suitable tool. Damage can occur on the bracket (6) otherwise. Replace O-ring (5) and apply lubricant paste.

4	Install in the reverse order
5	Read out and clear fault memory using the diagnostic system		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
	Check
6	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Start engine and check fuel system for leaktightness	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
