Remove/Install Catalytic Converter Temperature Sensor - AR07.04-P-0004OGR

ENGINE 642 in MODEL 166, 292

	Remove/install
1	Remove right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150OGR
2	Remove respective section of the underfloor paneling		AR61.30-P-1001GQ
3	Disconnect electrical connection for the temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7)
4	Remove temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7)	Align the temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7) by turning in such a way that the distance to the heat shield is adequate. The electrical feed line can get damaged otherwise. Coat thread of temperature sensor upstream of catalytic converter (B19/7) with heat-resistant lubricant.	*BA07.04-P-1001-01G

5	Install in the reverse order
	Check
6	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Check leaktightness of exhaust system when engine is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
