	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove rear section of lower engine compartment paneling	Prior to installation, wash spilt fuel off the engine and transmission. Model 204.0 / 2

2	Remove air filter housing (3).		AR09.10-P-1150CV
3	Remove vacuum pump	Vehicles with vacuum pump	AR43.05-P-1320CV
4	Reduce pressure in cooling system, to do this, slowly open the cap (1) at the expansion reservoir (2) and reclose	Do not drain off coolant!
5	Disconnect electrical connectors to Hall sensor (B70) and coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)
6	Remove bolt (4) and remove clamping plate (5)		*BA15.60-P-1001-01A
7	Fit new O-ring (6) on new coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)
8	Pull coolant temperature sensor (B11/4) out of cylinder head and immediately insert new coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system		AR20.00-P-1142CW
