Rpm Sensor Component Description - GF27.19-D-1112H
Transmission 722.6 in MODEL 906.111/113/131/133/135/153/155/211/213/231/233/235/253/255/611/613/631/633/635/637/653/655/657/711/713/731/733/735
Location
RPM sensor 2 and RPM sensor 3 are rigidly connected to the supporting body of the electrical control unit via contact blades.
Task
The signals from RPM sensor 2 and RPM sensor 3 are recorded together with wheel speeds and engine speeds as well as further information in the ETC [EGS] control unit (N15/3) and an input signal for the electronic control.
Function
Function
Through a leaf spring, which is supported on the shift plate valve body, RPM sensor 2 and RPM sensor 3 are pressed against the transmission housing. As a result a defined distance is ensured between the RPM sensor 2 and the associated exciter ring and between RPM sensor 3 and the associated exciter ring.
RPM sensor 2 records the speed of the front sun gear via the external plate carrier of the multidisk clutch K1 and RPM sensor 3 records the speed of the front planet carrier via the internal plate carrier of the multidisk clutch K1.
