Command Valve, Component Description - GF27.60-D-5142H
Transmission 722.6 in MODEL 906.111/113/131/133/135/153/155/211/213/231/233/235/253/255/611/613/631/633/635/637/653/655/657/711/713/731/733/735
Location
A command valve belongs to each shift group. The 1-2/4-5 command valve and 2-3 command valve are installed in the shift plate valve housing. The 3-4 command valve is installed in the shift plate valve body.
Task
The command valves switch the shift groups from the steady-state phase into the shift phase and back.
Shown: 1-2/4-5 command valve
Steady-state phase (multidisk brake B1 engaged, multidisk clutch K1 disengaged)
Shown: 1-2/4-5 command valve
Shift phase (multidisk brake B1 disengaging, multidisk clutch K1 engaging)
Function
When the end face is depressurized (steady-state phase) the operating pressure is lead to the actuator operated.
If shift valve pressure is applied to the end face of the command valve (shift phase), then the shift pressure is switched through to the engaging element and overlap pressure is switched through to the disengaging actuator.
