2	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-D-1000H

3	Slacken poly-V-belt		AR13.22-S-3902-01SD
	Pin for locking poly-V belt tensioning device		WF58.50-S-1325-02S
4	Remove poly-V-belt from refrigerant compressor (A9)	Check run of poly-V-belt after installation. The poly-V-belt must make contact all the rollers uniformly.
5	Remove plug (1) from refrigerant compressor (A9)
6	Detach pressure-side refrigerant line (A) and intake-side refrigerant line (K) from refrigerant compressor (A9)
	Compressor oils (specification 362.0)		BB00.40-P-0362-00A
		Install pressure-side refrigerant line (A) and intake-side refrigerant line (K) with new sealing rings. Coat sealing rings with compressor oil before installing.

7	Close off openings on pressure-side refrigerant line (A), intake-side refrigerant line (K) and refrigerant compressor (A9) with stop plugs	Record plug	Fig 1
8	Remove screws/bolts and remove refrigerant compressor (A9) downwards	Bolt, refrigerant compressor to cylinder crankcase If a new refrigerant compressor (A9) is installed: ↓ Drain compressor oil from new refrigerant compressor (A9). Determine remaining quantity of compressor oil that remained in removed refrigerant compressor (A9) and fill new compressor oil according to determined remaining quantity in new refrigerant compressor (A9).	*BA83.30-N-1011-01F
		Compressor oils (specification 362.0) If the refrigerant compressor (A9) was replaced because of internal damage: ↓ Remove and thoroughly clean expansion valve.	BB00.40-P-0362-00A
