Remove/Install Combination Overheating/Flame Sensor - Ar83.70-D-5744B

MODEL 906 with CODE (H11) Warm air auxiliary heater

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove auxiliary heater control unit (7) IMPORTANT Only lift up control unit, do not disconnect lines. AR83.70-D-5937H 
2 Detach plug for combination sensor connection lines (8) from auxiliary heater control unit (7)    
3 Release locking clamp (4) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Route combination sensor connection lines (9) through eyelet of locking clamp (4) (arrow).  
4 Remove combination overheating/flame sensor (5) from heat exchanger (6) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Slide combination sensor underneath jacket housing until it reaches the end stop. Check installation position of combination sensor. The combination sensor must be flush with heat exchanger, correct the position of combination sensor if necessary.  
5 Install in the reverse order
