	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Remove catalytic converter exhaust pipe to exhaust gas turbocharger		AR49.10-D-5529SG
2	Disconnect electrical connector (1)
3	Loosen cable tie (2) and expose electrical line on temperature sensor upstream of exhaust gas turbocharger (B16/11)	Installation:  Replace cable ties.
4	Unscrew union nut from temperature sensor upstream of exhaust gas turbocharger (B16/11)		*BA07.04-N-1011-01G
5	Pull temperature sensor upstream of exhaust gas turbocharger (B16/11) out of exhaust gas turbocharger	Installation:  Apply paste to thread on temperature sensor upstream of exhaust gas turbocharger (B16/11).

6	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Test run engine and check leak tightness of exhaust system in area of temperature sensor upstream of exhaust gas turbocharger (B16/11)
