Function prerequisites 

• Circuit 15R ON or circuit 15 ON
• Door open at circuit 15c On or Off

Driver seat, function 

The stored driver seat positions can be called up using the left door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S91/2). To this end the corresponding storage space location numbers can be selected by rotation of the storage space switch locations 1, 2, 3 (S91/2s14) on the left door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S91/2). By pressing and holding the memory switch location 1, 2, 3 (S91/2s14) on the left door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S91/2) the corresponding stored seat position can be moved to.

The driver seat adjustment motor group with memory (M27) is actuated by the front seat adjustment control module with memory and driver-side easy entry (N32/1) for as long as the memory switch location 1, 2, 3 (S91/2s14) is held pressed or until the position to be set is recognized by the position measurement.

For circuit 15c On or circuit 15c Off the stored seat position can be called up with an opened door. The information, as to whether the door is open or closed, is sent by the left door contact switch (S17/3) to the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2), which forwards the information via the CAN Class B.

At the same time as the stored seat position on the memory switch location 1, 2, 3 (S91/2s14) is requested, the steering column and the outside mirrors adopt their corresponding stored positions.

Front passenger seat, function 

The stored front passenger seat positions can be called up using the right door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S92/2). To this end the corresponding memory location number is selected by rotating the memory switch location

1, 2, 3 (S92/2s14) on the right door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S92/2). By pressing and holding the memory switch location 1, 2, 3 (S92/2s14) on the right door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S92/2) the corresponding stored seat position can be moved to. The front passenger seat adjustment motor group with memory (M28) is actuated by the front seat adjustment control module with memory and front passenger easy entry (N32/2) for as long as it the memory switch location 1, 2, 3 (S92/2s14) is held pressed or until the position to be set is recognized by the position measurement.

For circuit 15c On or circuit 15c Off the stored seat position can be called up with an opened door. The information, as to whether the door is open or closed, is sent by the right door contact switch (S17/4) to the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2), which forwards the information via the CAN Class B.
