Vacuum Control Unit: Removal

  1. Unscrew lower right-hand mounting screw from vacuum control unit. See Fig 1 .

  2. Depress "stop" lever on cylinder head cover. Measure position of main rack by inserting punch into screw bore until it touches main rack. Mark this position on punch.
  3. Unscrew remaining 3 mounting screws and remove control unit.
