DTC U0402:68 (AWD CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| DETECTION CONDITION |
- The AWD control module received error signals from the transaxle for 5s or more with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

| FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION |
- AWD operates by the specified data.
|
| POSSIBLE CAUSE |
- The transaxle could not send a normal signal temporarily. (DTCs are stored in the TCM.)
- Transaxle malfunction
- AWD control module malfunction
