Resistance Inspection

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2018 Mazda 6. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the boost pressure sensor/boost air temperature sensor. (See BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR/BOOST AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Measure the resistance between boost pressure sensor/boost air temperature sensor terminals A and B.
