Resistance Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the boost pressure sensor/boost air temperature sensor. (See BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR/BOOST AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Measure the resistance between boost pressure sensor/boost air temperature sensor terminals A and B.Fig 1: Measuring Resistance Between Boost Pressure Sensor/Boost Air Temperature Sensor Terminals A And B

- If not as specified, replace the boost pressure sensor/boost air temperature sensor. (See BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR/BOOST AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
