Continuity Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Disconnect the fuel pump unit connector.
Inspect for continuity between fuel pump unit terminals A-B.

- If there is no continuity, replace the fuel pump unit. (See Fuel Pump Unit Removal/Installation .)
