July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION ).
  2. Disconnect the connector.

  3. Remove the cover in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

  4. Loosen the screw.

  5. Remove the auto-dimming rearview mirror in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
